This shot great. I like the balance of light, composition and color tones. If I had to make a suggestion, as you have asked for constructive input, I would say to monitor your white point.

You seem to have a good black point but the white point is clipping just a little. Was this shot handheld? If so then I understand why you shot it at ISO 400, otherwise with a tripod I wouldn’t go any higher than 200, pref. 100.
