Alone

I grabbed this shot with my son, Aiden. My camera was in my bag and I wasted about a minute pulling it out, but I was still able to get this shot. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get as close as I’d have liked to, but I got close enough after cropping it. It was pretty dark and I shot this hand held so it was a little blurry. But, I wanted to salvage the shot, so I made it look like a painting adding a slight texture. It’s different, but it was fun and simple to do… which I needed last night:P

Anyone can get it at the zoo, but out there is different. I really like the way you processed this shot. The texture fits the image well, and the deer stands out just perfect.
