Montana’s Centennial Bell

Another image from the Capital Building in Helena, Montana.

Text from the bell:

“This historic bell, celebrating Montana’s 100th birthday on Nov. 8, 1989 at 10:40 a.m., is from a church in the St. Ignatius area. It has been donated by the Brent Bliss Family of Great Falls and Dutton in memory of Elmer B. Bliss, Power-area farmer, who collected historic bells.”

Note: As is going to be the case in all future posts, I’ve included the before image as well. Please use the slider to change from before to after and let me know if you run into any problems.
